Berkley Select Announces Key Leadership Promotions

Chicago, IL – Berkley Select is pleased to announce the promotion of two key leaders within the organization effective January 1, 2025. 
 

Jeff Yao has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Over the past 4.5 years as Chief Claims Officer, Jeff has built a remarkable claims department, bringing exceptional expertise, focus, and energy to our leadership team. In his expanded role, Jeff will continue to oversee claims, lead operations, and drive strategic projects across the organization. 

Cynthia Carter has been promoted to Vice President of Claims. With over eight years of service at Berkley Select, Cynthia has consistently demonstrated exceptional technical expertise and outstanding leadership. In her new role, she will oversee the day-to-day operations of our claims department, ensuring continued excellence in service and efficiency.
