Berkley Select Announces New Product, AttorneyShield®, Offering Law Firms Employment Practices Liability Coverage
CHICAGO (August 20 2024) — To address the growing risks faced by many law firms, Berkley Select has enhanced its employment practices liability (EPL) offering, adding a new product, AttorneyShield, that provides tailored EPL coverage for the unique needs of law firms.
Berkley Select has more than 30 years of experience in management and professional liability insurance. Employers across America trust Berkley Select to protect their assets and reputation against risks including age discrimination, wrongful termination and harassment.
Berkley Select’s experienced team focuses on small to mid-sized law firms. AttorneyShield is designed for law firms with up to 100 attorneys and has limits up to $5 million. Coverage is available in all 50 states.

• Wrongful employment act amended to include failure to make partner,
• Coverage for partnership agreement disputes,
